Terms of service

These terms cover your use of getpurehabit.com and any order you place through it. By placing an order you agree to them.

Who you are buying from

PureHabit operates getpurehabit.com from the United Kingdom and ships to the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Contact: support@getpurehabit.com.

Orders

Payment is taken at checkout. Your order is sourced and fulfilled after payment is confirmed. A confirmation email is an acknowledgement that we have received your order, not an acceptance of it; the contract is formed when we dispatch the goods.

We only list products we intend to source and deliver. If for any reason we cannot fulfil your order, you receive a full refund automatically — you will not have to ask for it.

We may cancel an order where a product is unavailable, where a price or description was published in error, or where we reasonably suspect fraudulent or abusive use. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

Pricing

Prices are shown in your local currency based on your delivery country, and include any applicable taxes we are required to collect. Shipping is free and is included in the price shown — there is no separate delivery charge added at checkout.

Import duties and customs charges levied by the destination country are not included; see our shipping policy.

Any saving we display is real arithmetic — the price of the same items bought separately — never an invented "was" price. We do not run countdown timers, fake stock counters or artificial urgency of any kind.

Prices may change over time. The price that applies to your order is the one displayed at the moment you complete checkout.

Product information

We publish specifications we have verified ourselves. Where a specification has not yet been tested by us, we either leave it off the page or mark it clearly rather than repeat a supplier's claim. Product photography is representative; minor variation in finish or packaging is possible.

Reviews and testimonials

We do not publish invented reviews, invented ratings, or testimonials from people who did not buy the product. Where no reviews exist yet, we say so rather than manufacture them.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape it at a scale that degrades it for others, or to resell our products in a way that misrepresents them or us.

Intellectual property

The PureHabit name, logo, site design, photography and written content belong to us and may not be copied or reused commercially without permission.

Liability

Our products are cleaning tools for ordinary domestic use. Please follow the instructions supplied with them, particularly around water, charging and use on delicate or coated surfaces. We are not liable for damage caused by use contrary to those instructions.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including rights under the Australian Consumer Law, the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, and applicable Canadian and United States consumer legislation.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published at the time you place your order is the version that governs it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. This does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer law of the country in which you live, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts where consumer law gives you that right.
